Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances or bonus funds cancelled without notice. If you have inadvertently created a second account, contact support immediately.

The minimum deposit for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) is Rs 500. The minimum deposit for bank IBFT and card methods is Rs 1,000. 4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, and debit card are typically credited to your s5555 balance instantly upon payment confirmation. IBFT bank transfers may take up to two hours to process. s5555 charges no fees on any deposits. You are responsible for any fees charged by your own bank or wallet provider.

4.4 Own Funds Only

You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using funds obtained through illegal activity, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

4.5 Deposit Purpose

Funds deposited at s5555 are for the purpose of gaming and betting on the platform only. s5555 is not a financial institution and does not offer interest or any financial return on deposited funds beyond winnings from gaming activity. Funds held in your s5555 balance are not covered by any deposit protection scheme.

5Withdrawals

5.1 Eligible Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are available via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, and IBFT bank transfer. Visa/Mastercard is not available for withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed in PKR only.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Speed

s5555 targets a processing time of under 90 seconds for mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa and JazzCash) under normal operating conditions. IBFT bank withdrawals typically complete within 2–4 hours. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by third-party payment provider circumstances outside s5555's control.

5.3 Withdrawal to Registered Method

For security purposes, withdrawals must be made to the same payment account (mobile number or bank account) used for the most recent deposit to your s5555 account. Requests to withdraw to a different payment account require identity verification and may take up to 4 hours to process after verification is complete.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 for mobile wallets and Rs 1,000 for bank IBFT. Daily withdrawal limits apply per payment method and are displayed in your account withdrawal section. Players who have won a large amount that exceeds normal daily limits may contact support to arrange a limit increase.

5.5 Pending Withdrawals

s5555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already created at the point of modification. If you have already opted in to a bonus before its modification, the terms at the point of opt-in apply to that specific bonus instance.

7Gaming Rules

7.1 Fair Play

8Sports Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A sports bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by s5555's betting system and a bet reference number has been issued to you. Bets placed after the event start time (for pre-match markets) or after the relevant in-play moment has passed will be voided and stakes returned. s5555 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion.

8.2 Odds Changes

8.3 Void Bets and Event Cancellations

If an event is cancelled, postponed by more than 12 hours, or abandoned without a result being determined, all bets on that event are voided and stakes returned to player accounts. In accumulator bets, voided legs are treated as a "push" and the remaining legs are settled at their original odds.

8.4 In-Play Betting

13.4 Self-Exclusion and Closure
